COVID-19 Prevention Policy

Dear Tippy Tot Family & Friends

First and foremost, we hope that you are all healthy and taking care of yourselves and loved ones in this difficult time. We know that many of you are Front-line workers. Healthcare professionals - Doctors and Nurses. We pray that you are all staying safe and are so thankful for everything that you are doing to keep us all alive. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Each week we let you know that we are abiding by our state and local orders to #StayHome. In order to reduce the potential transmission of COVID-19. We are continuing to do so and urge you to do the same if you are able to. 

That said, we want to make sure that you're aware of the following: 

We are still accepting online orders. (Available Stock Only!)

We will ship your order as soon as we are able to return to the office. (Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping right now. Depending on state and local measures relating to COVID-19). 

If you select 'Overnight' or any other faster shipping option. It will be shipped with that option whenever we are able to ship orders per shipper guidelines. (It does not mean it will ship tomorrow). 

We are still answering customer service emails as best we can in a timely manner. Please be as kind and understanding as possible. 

We are still strategically planning as we are hoping to Launch - New Collections quarterly. 

Please understand that as a small business we are still doing our best to post on social media, connect with you, our loyal customers and provide you with the best exceptional service we can. 

We understand that there are many more important things to be concerned about than what your toddler may be wearing, but we want you to know many have expressed gratitude for the little things that can help take their mind off what's really going on. It's a very fine balance. And we're doing our best to be sensitive to and be aware of what really matters. 

This is a difficult time for us all and we will get through it together.
