Shipping & Delivery

Tippy Tot Shoes ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS or FedEx. 

We ask for up to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days. Please consider any holidays or global emergency (i.e. COVID-19) that might impact delivery times. If so, delivery times will be extended automatically. 

Wrong address disclaimer: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and ship time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@tippytotshoes.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

We currently offer flat rate shipping on all FedEx Ground Shipments. You may also choose expedited shipping during checkout at an additional cost.

Anticipate delivery in 4 to 7 business days for all U.S. orders and 7 to 14 business days on International  *(add'l shipping rates apply). *Note: If an item is currently on back-order you will be notified via email. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Tippy Tot Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your shipping address and have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you via email. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at info@tippytotshoes.com 

**If an order is returned to Tippy Tot Shoes because of an incorrect shipping address, our customer service team will be in contact with the customer.  Customers will be charged a $10 fee for re-shipment of their item(s).  Please be sure to double check all information before confirming your orders! Please contact info@tippytotshoes.com for additional information on incorrect shipping addresses.
